To participate, you must apply and get approval from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

          Trusted Traveler Program Member Information

          • Even if you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, members of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Trusted Traveler Programs—such as Global Entry, NEXUS, and SENTRI—are eligible for TSA PreCheck benefits.
          • Each program’s membership is valid for five years, and TSA PreCheck is automatically included for members.
          • Global Entry, NEXUS, and SENTRI cards are also official U.S. government-issued IDs and can be used for identity verification at U.S. airport security checkpoints.
