We would like to inform our customers using the Air Premia’s website and Reservations.

Starting from 5th December, an additional identity verification process will be required when cancelling a booking, in order to enhance security.

- Member Bookings: Cancellation can be done by logging into the account.

- Guest Bookings: Cancellation can be done after completing the verification process with the booking information (email, phone number).

These changes are made to ensure a safer journey, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
