When purchasing Air Premia tickets through overseas online travel agencies other than our official website, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the applicable terms and conditions.

(e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Kiwi.com, eDreams, BudgetAir, etc.)


Air Premia is committed to providing a comfortable travel experience for all our customers.


However, for tickets purchased through overseas online travel agencies rather than our official website, reservation center, or airport ticketing counters, any changes or refunds must be processed through the original point of purchase. 

As such, we regret that Air Premia may have limited ability to assist with these requests.

(Processing at our reservation center or airport counters may be restricted.)


If the point of purchase applies refund restrictions or policies that differ from the airline’s own regulations, resolution may be difficult in case of issues. 

Therefore, we kindly ask that you exercise caution before making a purchase.


In particular, please note that information such as free baggage allowance is often inaccurately provided. 

For the most accurate and up-to-date policies, please refer to the official Air Premia website.


※ Common Customer Unconvenience Issues

1) Delayed or denied refunds, or excessive fees
