4. Procedure for Ticket Change
1) When using the alternative flight operated by Korean Air, your departure or arrival will take place at Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport. After consenting to the alternative flight, you may check the revised itinerary and your Korean Air booking reference in the Travel Guide on the Air Premia website.
2) All ancillary services previously purchased through Air Premia have been canceled and refunded. Customers who choose to use the alternative flight may purchase ancillary services separately on the Korean Air website, if desired. (Please note that availability may vary depending on the time of purchase.)
3) Points and mileage cannot be accrued for the alternate flight. (Not eligible on both Air Premia and Korean Air)
4) For customers who purchased Wide Premium and have agreed to be re-accommodated on the alternative flight, additional information will be sent to the email address you provided.
※ To confirm your intention to board the alternative flight, please ensure that you review and respond to the alternative flight notification sent to the booking holder and passengers via email/SMS by the stated deadline. (Response deadline: December 12, 17:00)
