- Payment can be made in cash (KRW, USD, JPY, EUR) or with a personal credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB / KRW payment). Card approval may take 2–3 business days from the purchase date.
- Cards under another person’s name, as well as debit, check, gift, and Visa Electron cards, are not accepted.
- The exchange rate is KRW 1,000 = USD 1 = JPY 100 = EUR 1, and JPY/EUR can only be used on applicable routes.
Note
- Opened products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Snacks, beverages, and light meals can only be exchanged or refunded if defects are confirmed onboard.
- Goods can be exchanged or refunded for defects only when requested via [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
- Hot water for personal use is not available.
Alcohol Purchase Notice
- Alcohol may only be purchased by passengers aged 19 or older.
- For flight safety and passenger comfort, cabin crew may limit alcohol purchases.
- Only alcohol served or sold onboard (excluding duty-free items) may be consumed during the flight.
