Special meal service is available for passengers with dietary restrictions

Infant's meal
Infant meals and juice is available for infants under 24 months old.
Child's meal
Available for children over 24 months and less than 12 years old
Diabetic meal
A meal designed to regulate intake of calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates, including portion control and limitations on saturated fat consumption.
Vegan meal
A meal free of all meat, fish, poultry, animal fat, gelatin, eggs and dairy products
Seafood meal
A meal based on fish and seafood and served with grains, vegetables, and fruits
Fruit meal
A meal consisting of fruit only

Requesting a special meal

Special meals can be requested up to 48 hours prior to departure on business days through the Reservation Center and the Additional Service Management menu in the Reservation Inquiry section.

Information for passengers with peanut allergies

Please be advised that in-flight meals provided by may contain peanut oil or traces of peanuts.

Please be advised that we cannot prevent passengers from bringing peanut products on board, and peanuts from previous flights may remain in the aisles, seats, or cabin air. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a completely peanut-free environment

  • For safety reasons, we do not provide hot water for personal use other than for baby formula and baby food. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Special in-flight meals are available upon request only for passengers whose fare includes meal service.
  • Special meal requests for flights departing from outside of Korea may be limited due to local circumstances.
  • For connecting flight bookings, service requests can only be made through the reservation center.
  • If you make any changes to your ticket (including date or fare changes) after requesting a special meal, you must reapply through the reservation center or website. (Regular meals will be served if you do not reapply.)
  • If you request an infant meal for a lap infant who doesn't occupy a seat, it will be provided along with the meal of the accompanying adult.
