Upgrade score
Less than 4,000 points
- All new Air Premia members are assigned Blue status upon enrollment.
- Members below 4,000 status points at requalification will be assigned Blue status.
Upgrade score
- Upgrade score is the score that serves as a basis for member status.
How to calculate upgrade scores
- One point is awarded for every KRW 1,000 paid toward airfare.
- Calculated by adding up all the upgrade scores earned in the previous 24 months.
- Reach 4,000 upgrade score to be promoted to Gold, or 9,000 points to be promoted to Diamond.
Status validity period
- Blue status members maintain their status for two years from the day they are awarded Blue status.
- If members qualify for a higher status level within the current membership period, the higher status level will be awarded immediately and will be valid for 2 years from the date it was awarded.
Qualification review
Eligibility reviews are carried out every night at midnight(Korea Standard Time). Based on the qualification review, member status is upgraded, maintained or downgraded.
- Members who meet the conditions for a higher status level are immediately awarded the higher status level. - Blue status members who have an upgrade score of 4,000 are immediately upgraded to the Gold status. - Blue or Gold status members who reach 9,000 upgrade score points are immediately awarded Diamond status.
- The upgrade score a member has at expiration determine their status for the next period. - If a member has fewer than 4,000 upgrade score as of the status expiration date, the member will be awarded Blue status for the next status period. - If a member has between 4,000 and 8,999 upgrade score points as of the status expiration date, the member will be awarded Gold status for the next status period. - If a member has 9,000 or more upgrade score points as of the status expiration date, the member will maintain Diamond status

Items to note regarding member status
- Please ask for a seat assignment and upgrade in advance by contacting the reservation center (Not available at airport).
- Addition of checked-in baggage is offered for free for one piece of baggage weighing up to 23 kg (51 lbs). Only one free addition of baggage allowance is offered per flight.
- All benefits are offered only to the member themselves.
- The above benefits may not be available depending on the circumstances of the airline.
