How to use points
Purchasing flight tickets using points
You can use the points you accumulated to purchase international flight tickets.
You can check the price of the point ticket on the calendar when searching for flights.
Terms and conditions for the issuance of flight tickets purchased using points
- Once flight tickets purchased using points are issued, only cancellations are possible.
- Various fees, including airport tax and fuel surcharge are to be borne by the passenger.
- In the case of roundtrip tickets, if the first departure flight ticket is not used, the entire itinerary is automatically cancelled. (I.e. the return flight is also cancelled.)
- In the case of roundtrip flights, the tickets must be used in the order of the original itinerary. (The return flight cannot be used first.)
- Only points accumulated in the account of the passenger using the points can be used. (Infants and children are excluded)
Infants and children
- You can purchase flights for infants or children using points by contacting Reservations.
- You cannot use points to book a ticket for infants who do not occupy a seat.
- Infants or children taking up a seat will have the same points deducted for the flight ticket purchase.
Penalties on flight tickets purchased using points
If a refund is requested on a flight ticket that had been purchased using points, the points corresponding to the flight you booked are deducted before the remaining points are refunded.

- The penalty is charged per passenger.
- Cancellations can be made up until one hour before departure.
- Fees or penalties are not charged in cases where the flight is cancelled by the airline, where the refund was not due to changed plans of the passenger.
- If a refund on the full portion of an unused flight ticket is requested on the day of purchase, no fees or penalties are charged.
