As per the KDCA's designation of Strict Quarantine Inspection Required Areas for Q1 2025, 

travelers who have visited or transited through the regions listed below must submit a Q-CODE or Health Declaration Form upon arrival in South Korea.

1. Strict Quarantine Inspection Required Areas

Asia	Cambodia, China (Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Sichuan Province, Jiangxi Province, Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province, Hunan Province)
Middle East	Lebanon, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Oman, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait
Africa	Madagascar, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Americas	United States (Minnesota, Michigan, Washington, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania), Mexico

2. How to Submit Q-CODE

- 1) Visit the KDCA Q-CODE website (https://qcode.kdca.go.kr/) 

- 2) Agree to the terms and conditions, then enter your personal information, travel details, and health information. 

- 3) Generate and obtain your QR Code.
