Due to heavy snowfall in the eastern United States, normal flight operations are expected to be disrupted. 

As a result, multiple flights to and from Newark Liberty International Airport have been canceled.

Please take this into consideration and refer to the list below for our canceled flights.

4. Procedure for Ticket Change (Select One)

1) Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund, and the refund penalty will be waived.

2) Date Change: You may change your flight date free of charge. (based on the origin date ± 7days, one time)

※ For tickets purchased through our official website, if you are unable to reach our Reservation Center, 

   you may first change your reservation on the website to a new travel date within 7 days of the original scheduled date. 

   After completing the change, you may contact our Reservation Center to request a refund of any additional amount paid. (same cabin only)
