4. Procedure for Ticket Change (Select One)
1) Date Change: You may change your flight date free of charge. (based on the origin date ± 7days, one time)
2) Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund, and the refund penalty will be waived.
※ For tickets purchased through our official website, if you are unable to reach our Reservation Center,
you may first change your reservation on the website to a new travel date within 7 days of the original scheduled date.
After completing the change, you may contact our Reservation Center to request a refund of any additional amount paid. (same cabin only, ex. Economy↔Economy)
