Purchasing flight tickets using points

You can use the points you accumulated to purchase international flight tickets.

The price of flight tickets in points can be viewed in the point calendar. The price changes in real time, depending on the availability of seats.

Terms and conditions for the issuance of flight tickets purchased using points

  • Once flight tickets purchased using points are issued, only cancellations are possible.
  • Various fees, including airport tax and fuel surcharge are to be borne by the passenger.
  • In the case of roundtrip tickets, if the first departure flight ticket is not used, the entire itinerary is automatically cancelled. (I.e. the return flight is also cancelled.)
  • In the case of roundtrip flights, the tickets must be used in the order of the original itinerary. (The return flight cannot be used first.)
  • Only points accumulated to the individual’s own account can be used. (Except for infants)
  • Infants who are traveling on the same itinerary as its legal guardian can have the legal guardian’s points transferred for use.

Infants and children

  • You can purchase flights for infants or children using points by contacting Reservations.
  • Infants or children taking up a seat will have the same points deducted for the flight ticket purchase.
  • Infants that do not take up a seat will have approximately 10% of the points deducted, but this may vary depending on the route. Please inquire at Reservations for details.

Penalties on flight tickets purchased using points

If a refund is requested on a flight ticket that had been purchased using points, the points corresponding to the flight you booked are deducted before the remaining points are refunded.
