During boarding, passengers are asked to scan their own boarding pass to minimize contact.
Order of boarding
Boarding occurs in the following order to minimize contact among passengers: Passengers needing assistance – Premia 42 – Seats in back rows – Seats in front rows

Wearing of protective gear by flight attendants at all times
Cabin flight attendants wear face masks for increased safety against infectious diseases during flights.
High functioning HEPA filters
The air inside the cabin is completely replaced every 2-3 minutes. With the use of a HEPA filter that filters more than 99.9% of foreign objects with a diameter of 0.003mm or greater, the air inside the cabin is maintained in a cleaner state than the air outside.
In-flight public announcement
In-flight public announcements are made to inform passengers of what to do if they experience symptoms of COVID-19. Please pay attention to the guidance of the flight attendants for a safe flight.
